Overview
You can download all of your onboarded carriers, along with their current compliance status, as a single CSV file from the My Carriers Dashboard.
This is useful when you want to review which carriers pass, need review, or fail your compliance rules without clicking into each carrier one at a time. You can also download a separate list of your carriers' contacts.
How to download your carrier list
Go to the My Carriers Dashboard.
On the right side of the page, hover over the Download button.
Select Carriers for your carrier list with compliance status, or Contact List for your carrier contacts.
A CSV file will download to your computer.
What's in the file
Each row is one carrier. The columns depend on which option you choose.
Download option | Columns |
Carriers | Date Added, Carrier Name, USDOT, MC, Vetting Status, Power Units |
Contact List | USDOT, Carrier Name, Contact Name, Contact Phone, Contact Email |
Vetting Status shows Pass, Needs Review, or Fail for each carrier, based on the compliance rules your team has set up.
The status reflects your rules at the time you download. If your rules or a carrier's data change, download a new copy to see the latest.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Download button.
The Download button is available to users with access to the My Carriers Dashboard. If you can see the dashboard but not the button, contact us at [email protected] and we'll check your account.
The export from the Onboarded Carriers page doesn't show compliance status.
That's expected. The export on the Onboarded Carriers page includes carrier contact details only. Use the Download button on the My Carriers Dashboard to include compliance status.
