How to Download an Asset Details Report from Asset Locator Search Results

1. Run a search in the Asset Locator and review results 0:00
Start by running a search in Asset Locator, such as a DOT-based search.
Review the search results and select the specific record you want a detailed report for.
Open the record’s pop-up window to access report options.
2. Select a result and choose the Download Details option 0:16
In the record pop-up, look for the Download Details button at the bottom.
Click Download Details to open the asset details report setup window.
3. Select the main image for each view, and select "Download Asset Details" when ready 0:26
In the report setup window, choose the main image you want displayed for each view of the asset.
All other images associated with the record will still be included in the report.
Pick the image that best represents the asset details you want highlighted.
After selecting the preferred main image, click Download Asset Details at the bottom of the window.
This submits the report request for processing.
5. Check your email for delivery 0:46
You’ll receive a notification confirming that the asset details report will be delivered to your email.
Wait a few moments, then check your inbox for the completed report.
