Invite New Users to your Workplace

An easier way to manage access at your company.

This feature is restricted to admins. Email [email protected] to request access.

Inviting additional team members to your GenLogs workspace is easy.

Admins can add users in two ways:

  • Via email

  • Via bulk upload

Invite Users via Email

1) Navigate to the user section of Asset Locator. To add a user, click Invite User(s) in the top right.

2) Add one email or multiple emails separated by commas and select a role for the recipients.

Note: All user email addresses must match your approved email domain(s). Contact [email protected] if you need to whitelist a new organization email domain.

3) New users will immediately receive an email asking them to complete their sign up.

Inviting Users Via Bulk Upload

1) Navigate to the Users tab in Asset Locator and click the import button.

2) Download the upload template and fill it out, making sure to follow the required formatting precisely.

3) Upload the file and review the downloaded. Check the "Result" column for any potential errors.
