Benefits of uploading Onboarded Carriers

  • Increase utilization among trusted carriers. Identify dark capacity from the carriers already in your network.

  • Improve carrier procurement time. Avoid vetting hassle by finding matching your carriers to the lanes GenLogs has seen them service.

  • Choose what contact information is shown in GenLogs. Replace default contact information with your preferred contact.

  • Secure and private information. We won't share your onboarded carrier list with other customers or use it to update our system.

Steps to update Onboarded Carriers

  1. Hit the Export button to download your existing list so that you have a record of it.

Troubleshooting upload errors

If you receive an error when attempting an upload, try the following.

  • Check the column names in your file. Ensure that they match this order and format:

USDOT

CARRIER NAME

CONTACT NAME

CONTACT PHONE

CONTACT EMAIL

  • Ensure there is only one contact email and phone number per row. Separate emails by comma or semicolon will cause an error.

  • Check that every row has a USDOT. Ensure that each option is a number with new letters in it (e.g. 10553 and not usdot10053)
